FIBERCRAFTY FRENZY SALE! 15% off until Nov. 30. Code: FCF15
I have been living fulltime in an RV since 2012. As I travel the U.S., I search out wonderful American fibers for my handspun yarn, hand carded art batts and more. I am proud to support small American businesses as I run my own small American business!
Shipping is done by USPS First Class in most cases. Please contact me BEFORE ordering if you must use a different delivery method. Items are shipped 1-2 business days after order is received. If the time period will be longer, I will notify you.
For items shipped outside the U.S. the buyer is responsible for all duties or customs charges.
These yarns and batts are handmade and one-of-a-kind, so I regret that returns can not be accepted. I attempt to show all angles of the item in my listing photos.
I have no control over package handling during shipping, so I cannot be responsible for shipping damages. Please contact the shipper if this occurs.
Your satisfaction is very important to me, so if you are completely dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and I will make every effort to resolve the situation.
Q: Do you make custom orders? I really like this ____, can you make it in a different color? The listing says you have one skein of this, is there more available?
A: Custom orders are welcome. For orders involving fibers that are not in stock, there will be a $5 custom order charge. I may or may not have more of a certain fiber available, but it never hurts to ask!
Q: Do you only use American fibers?
A. I use American-produced fibers as much as possible. Sometimes, especially in art yarns and batts, commercial products are used that are from unknown sources or special fibers from other countries are used because I couldn’t resist them! Countries of origin for all fibers are noted in the listing and also on the sleeve around the yarn/batt.
Q: Can you ship directly to a gift-recipient? Can an item be gift wrapped?
A: I am happy to ship an item wherever you need it to go. Please enter the person’s shipping address during checkout rather than your address for correct postage calculation. I am happy to gift wrap, too. I have a lot of experience with late shopping!
